This phase involves detailed discussions with the affliated school to identify the core values of its community. This meticulous planning results in a well-thought-out blueprint that lays the groundwork for the school's learning environment.

03 Admissions

Cultivating Shared Values

Our role extends beyond guiding your  educators. We collaborate closely with marketing and communication teams to foster engagement and create opportunities for family enrollment. This phase is crucial for aligning the team's understanding and approach with the school's values, facilitating a smooth progression from the building phase to a fully operational state, while also keeping in mind that phases two and three often seamlessly intertwine.

02 The Build

Creating The Space

In the Build phase, we integrate and bring to life the educational space. One of our dedicated team members is hands-on, present on-site regardless of location, ensuring that every aspect of construction aligns perfectly with your values established in the planning phase.

04 Launch & Advisory

Post-Launch Support 

In the Launch and Advisory phase, our commitment extends beyond the initial opening of the school. We provide ongoing support, pedagogical advisory, and mentorship to administrators and educators. This phase involves being a resource for fine-tuning and adjusting educational strategies, offering our guidance for a mutually agreed duration, ensuring a smooth transition into the school's future endeavors.

In nurturing the permaculture of the childhood space, we approach the environment how one would approach organic soil, seeing the pedagogical spaces as organic in nature. Our exploration identifies pockets for individual expression and collaborative group dynamics. This intentional approach extends beyond spatial dynamics; it fosters a symbiotic relationship between Nature and the development of childhood. The permaculture of our childhood spaces embodies an inherent intelligence of both strategy and aesthetics. Just as "we cannot force the land to produce, rather we ask it to and see what happens," the development of the space unfolds organically. The pedagogical space is experienced and naturally progresses, evolving in resonance with the ever-changing wants and needs of the children and community.
