Collaboration with local artisans, when possible, is sought to bring authenticity to the design. The layout is carefully planned to ensure it supports the children's needs, whether it calls for intimate areas or spaces for group activities such as circle time. This meticulous planning results in a well-thought-out blueprint that lays the groundwork for the school's unique environment and educational approach.
02 The Build
Creating Spaces of Inspiration
In the Build phase, we transform the meticulously crafted blueprints into reality, breathing life into the planned designs for the childhood space. This phase involves close collaboration with artisans and builders, potentially creating custom furniture or learning tools that align with the community's ethos and make each space distinct. Prototyping may be involved for fine-tuning designs. One of our dedicated team members is hands-on, present on-site regardless of location, ensuring that every aspect of construction aligns perfectly with the vision and values established in the planning phase, ultimately materializing a unique and resonant childhood environment.
03 Training & Admissions
Cultivating A Shared Ethos
Our role extends beyond guiding your educators in internalizing the school's ethos and curriculum. We collaborate closely with marketing and communication teams to foster engagement and create opportunities for family enrollment. This includes preparing staff for conducting insightful school tours, ensuring they effectively communicate the school's unique attributes to interested families. This phase is crucial for aligning the team's understanding and approach with the school's vision, facilitating a smooth progression from the building phase to a fully operational state, while also keeping in mind that phases two and three often seamlessly intertwine.
04 Launch & Advisory
Post-Launch Support
In the Launch and Advisory phase, our commitment extends beyond the initial opening of the school. We provide ongoing support, pedagogical advisory, and mentorship to administrators and educators, ensuring the school's ethos and educational goals are consistently met. This phase involves being a resource for fine-tuning and adjusting educational strategies, offering our guidance for a mutually agreed duration, ensuring a smooth transition into the school's future endeavors.
